Nah, that'd just be plain evil.
Now what was FUN was summoning then cloning (with summon staff/polymorph/clone) an army of baby black dragons in town. I think me and Angus did that on the main server.
Or the flock of creeping mithril coins. "OOOO money OW OW OW splat"

Re: Their should totally be non-art rings of power
That'd be interesting as all heck...if you put one of these rings on, you get X number of hours/days/whatever, and after that time, your save file is queried for data, deleted, and a new unique is created (possibly buffed beyond your personal stats/skills/equipment) of you as a ringwraith.

Re: default macro setup
It's actually not difficult...set your macros however you'd like them, then export (or save them) by your playername. That way, when you load a character with that name on *any* server that uses the client you made the changes in, it'll work. I just tested...my macros for bigjuan (saved as bigjuan.p...

Goodbye to rescuing.
"I went to rescue him and we were partied so I could see his ghost, and in going to rescue him I killed 3 monsters so his character went up a level. Oops! Rule broken! Better delete him."

Dropping cursed artifacts
Not sure if this is a bug or not, but can the code be changed so that cursed artifacts can be dropped anywhere that's not town? If you're unlucky enough to pick one up, you may have to dive...for awhile...to drop it. In one case yesterday, you can't even drop it on the same level where you picked it...

Re: Mod status and last thoughts for now
Cue posts about how I never play anymore, never beat the game, got killed easily by the hardcore PVPers, and therefore I'm not important... Basically, that's why I'm outta here for now, so don't waste a post with that. That stupid Berendol, he doesn't even code anymore, why is he posting? Get a job...

It is, indeed, fixed! Thank you very much!
If you (or Berendol or anyone else who's got access) want, feel free to delete the LargeJuan account. Or don't, whatever's easiest.

Tuning #2 - Auto-enscribing house keys
In the previous instance, when you purchased a house the key was automatically inscribed with !* (if I remember right). Now, they don't.
I'm sure that everyone who has purchased a house has already inscribed their key(s), but can this be turned back the way it used to be?

Re: PVP System -- Feature Discussion
Everyone starts out slow. We all have sucked for a little while. Some people take to the game like a duck to water, others are a little slower to pick up on it (or may not EVER pick up on it).
