Congrats on the fixing :) By the way, Vanilla changed character perception around the 4.0 release, so when something happens outside of the character's awareness (monster opening doors, …) the display is NOT updated ("cave" structure + "known cave" structure). You can't access the chardump, it's generated on the server. That's why I have added a feature in PWMAngband to get a chardump once your character is dead. Maybe the devs will add that for next version?

Someone is a dumbass... I hope you like PWMAngband 1.1.11 with monsters breathing at a random square next to the player instead of the player himself for 0 to half the normal damage. I just found out that I completely nuked the breathing code when implementing the cone-shaped breath branch from Vani...

My character Senyakaze has the same problem. It was a character I created at the beginning of the instance and suffered from the "wilderness reset" problem.
