*magi amulets only go up to +4
*Elven gloves would cause you to lose casting ability without the free action ego.

I had forgotten about orcish shields though. That will make my eventual painful attempt at this easier.

Who knows, you may even be able to play AVIs simply by doing "open with..." the regular windows media player.

However, a lot of people will sell you them for half of that if you ask them ;)

Right now, stat pots sell for about 12k if you ask people. Maybe a little less.

I can actually see this as an exceedingly useful ring, especially for rogues/rangers that mele and need int. Poison and damage on one ring, confusion on amulet, speed on boots and other ring. I know I'd use one that had good +todamage (before getting PDSM)

That doesn't mean their shouldn't be an option in between, where a monster who can get to you would disturb you, but others wouldn't.

If you look closely at the log, you can see that the hounds were 'behind doors' (due to hearing a door burst open) and thus 'far enough away' to be considered
'safe'
