Why don’t allow characters to drop artifacts in their own house?
I mean, I could be forced to drop selling it at a fixed price (to prevent collections)…if any other player doesn’t buy it I could use the artifact when I loose my stuff (I die a lot).

This night i finished playing with a 13° level char. (Sinclair) with a house...
Today my char. is 6°level without house...now i'm really poor.
