[BMA] Fixes for today's refresh

The server will get refreshed when the power goes out... so I'm taking advantage of this to fix a few low-key bugs that jumped out at me while I was browsing around the code:<br><br>* Game day of death was not noted properly in the high score list. This has been fixed.<br><br>* Clone Monster wands are meaner... they have better chance to destruct, and better destruction radius possibilities.<br><br>* RNG's 10,000 strength Manaball and Magic Missile attacks followed the PvP 2/3 damage rule, the PvP 1600 max damage rule, and due to those two, the Nullify Anything Under 9000 Damage GoI rule. Players attacked by RNG also followed the PvP Auto-Hostile rule. These issues have all been fixed. RNG is now strong enough to kill you if you have GoI up.
