9 - High level Tavern
A tavern which you need to be lvl 20 to enter. Since people have been using 8 as a "gift to newbies" area, 9 would function as a "gift to lvl 20s". Crimson just said that we can't drop excellents in 8 since it would make newbies go on a rampage and not learn the neccessary skills. But if we dont want to sell something we can give to lvl 20s , why not?
