Stolen items appearing in the BM
One thing I hear people complain about is how when something is stolen (by a novice rogue or whatever) that it's gone for good. Maybe things that are stolen could show up in the BM some time later, since really, the thieves have to fence the goods _somewhere_ right? I know monsters don't have inventories so they can't drop what they stole, but this could be done with just one list of stolen items, and occasionally they could appear in the BM. Anyway, just a random thought.
