Legacy: Time indicator for effects

A timer/indicator to tell if "timed" effects are active...resist cold, prot. vs. evil, globe of invunerability, etc. A timer/countdown would probably be out of the question, but some sort of indicator to tell me that a timed thing is happening. I'd only do it for the things a player does to themselves...things such as confusion, blind, etc that monsters do shouldn't show up.
