DSM Activations

The new DSM activations on the Dserv are awesome.  However, none of the dsms do very much damage from my knowledge.  150-200 damage, if I remember correctly.

Some level 30's can do that much in melee.. many level 50's will do 500+ damage.  Not including the fact they move at 30 speed.. which means.. ugh.    

And the recharge time for the dsms is extremely long, even in town, several minutes I think.  

Solutions?  I think that making the best dsms 1000, maybe 1500 damage would work.  Damage is reduced to 1/3 for pvp, and most powerful players will resist the damage type being breathed, so it wouldn't be a free way to kill another player.  


Edit:  An easier method would be to greatly reduce the activation times.  This would make dsms much more practical as a ranged weapon to kill annoying monsters.  A small damage boost would still be nice.
