Ticket #668 in the bug database. Fixed in r769, but for some reason it didn't get ported to the 1.1.1 branch.

Would Zal be able to use this scroll, or are they disabled for non-DM characters?

Non DM gets a message: "You failed to read the scroll properly."
And nothing happens...
