Limits on artifacts

Today on my server i tried adding a few new artifacts, i managed to add one, and it worked... when i added the other two, it wasn't so great. I changed limits.txt and still, it would not work. I got fed up, removed two base artifacts, and added in my two instead, it works fine, but i think this is a problem that should be addressed... Billsey said: "We must not be setting all the arrays up right when we load the limits.txt file (maybe)." and told me to report it here.

There is still a MAX_A_IDX you need to update in defines.h and recompile the source code. Changing limits.txt isn't enough. That means new client for your server...
