Hi!

Not sure if this is a bug. But If you have an artefact and activate it it recharges itself after some time when wielded. If wyou put that item in the inventory it is no longer recharging itself. Is this a bug or intended?

I can see that some artefacts would lie around as indestructible "id scrolls" or "recharge scrolls" if this would be enabled.

all 'equipable items' do not recharge when not equipped.

So yeah, not a bug
