Vault 127 is miss-aligned.

Fixed vault is attached.

But this fixed vault doesn't seem to be symmetrical...

We really need to either implement the Zangband vault slides or rework these vaults so the slide is no longer important. The way they are supposed to work gives a one way corridor, you step in and are automatically slid in alphabetical order to the end of the corridor. If you try to enter from the other end you are rejected. As you can imagine they are a much greater puzzle than we have implemented.
