I once found a Great Wyrm of Law at 1650 ft.

I got it to half its HP before it breathed.  ;D

I found Pazuzu over 1k OoD and nearly got killed every turn that I was adjacent to him. I only took off 2 stars of Hp with 4 BPR on the Glaive of Pain.
