I mean, when you really die, either as a ghost, or commit suicide?

If you previosly owned at house, does it go back on the market, does it stay owned by you, and what happens to the loot inside?

If it stays on the market, what happens if another player makes a char with the same name, does he/she have access to the house, then? (I checked in the /lib/save/server file, and as far as I can see, the only thing that signifies ownership, is character name)

When a ghost is destroyed that characters houses are emptied of all contents and become available to purchase by other characters.

Also, another player can't create a new character with the same name untill the server has been reseted.

That is correct. This is a good thing, it means someone else can't steal your character name after you die.

You can delete the players savefile to free up the name if you wish.

That is a VERY good thing, now I have to make some changes to my stats scripts :)
