How do I find the amount of damage I'm doing with my arrows or my melee weapon?
Vanilla Angband will say the average damage/turn.

(Basically I want to know how I can compare different weapons)

Don't think we have such a feature. There was a "kazebot" on IRC who helped with this particular task, but alas, it's down. Sorry :(
