The Ancient green dragon casts a fearful illusion.
You refuse to be frightened.
Uriel, Angel of Fire breathes plasma.
You die.
Sounds like a basic mistake here... Ar-Pharazon the Golden, Uriel, Angel of Fire and a Lesser titan all in LOS in a corridor. All of them summoners and able to cast tele_to... You were asking for death here.

But at least now we know who was carrying all the artifacts ;)

And that must've slowed you down by an incredible amount, and many of them were useless to you ;(

It breathes inertia.
You have a Scroll of Teleportation {@r4}.
It breathes acid.
You die.
Teleporting from hounds to hounds... this can sometimes happen (this is the primary cause of death when I launch vanilla Angband with the Borg on). Nothing much you can do...

Wow a succession of mistakes here. I don't think in this situation you should stay and quaff speed and CCW pots. And no tele scrolls/staves? You can't rely on spells as a HT rogue with only 18/07 INT...

heh, yeah. I knew this would wind up here. I had thought that lorgan was far away, wasn't paying 100% attention, thought that I still had teleport scrolls, and died. Lol oopse.

Domiano the level 47 Half-Troll Rogue killed by an Eye druj (24 Dec 08)...
Looking at the scene of death, this seems like going down or up right next to an undead pit. One of my chars also died that way. In this case, you have one... and exactly one turn to react before reavers start to open the pit and seal your doom. *Destroy* is usually the best thing to do.

He had ESP from crown of magi +2. I doubt he would have went up or down that pit. Unless he teleported there or just arrived on the level there.. I dont see how this could have happened.

Lololol. Well, I was in a permawall vault on the lvl, trying to lure some demons out (hard to do cus of shape) and i didn't do it quite right, and got summoned on. I pressed my teleport macro of ccw(in case blind) then teleport. I teleported next to the graveyard. Immediately pressed my macro again, became blind after quaffing ccw, and could not teleport. From now on, I need to just suck it up and dive with agro always on from umbar...

The wall turns into mud!
Draugluin, Sire of All Werewolves magically summons hounds.
The Time hound breathes time. (a lot of them actually...)
You die.
Seeing the death spot... you should have put some doors in that vertical corridor and stayed right in front of Draugluin. In case he summoned baddies, teleport away would have taken care of all the line of summons.

Heh...yeeah... I usually do. I tend to have looooots of stupid deaths. I think that i'm losing motivation to try to not die.
