This makes weapons of Fury totally pointless unfortunately, so why not simply replace them with those? Or keeping the Fury for midgame, but I don't see a point of using a Fury early on with the aggravation...
BTW, it's gonna be hard to put a weight limit using the "T:" lines. Just need to put a sval limit.

Or you could remove extra attacks, which is overkill anyway. Slays+extra attacks is just too powerful, even with aggravation. Stats+slays is good enough for aggravation.
Considering fury weapons already are great endgame weapons, this would just break everything.

The slays aren't really that amazing, since the one slay that really matters for endgame (slay evil) isn't there.
I think this crates a nice progression for the EA items. EA, Fury, Nogrod. Nogrods will be a bit rare, and will have the -10 AC, so you can still find a Fury weapon that would be better for your character (since you'd find more, and thus may find one with higher +s)

Id say Acid brand, dragon and demon slays are useful. Also, no one really cares about AC, so the -10AC isnt as much of a negative as killing stuff faster would be a positive. Doesnt Sauron not resist acid?

Well, that depends on tons of things.

Weapons can conditionally be good simply because they give stats, resistances or speed.
If you're looking at total damage output, it depends on how many blows your character has, and how much tohit and damage your equipment gives.

For warriors and rogues, Blades of Chaos of Slay Evil are pretty awesome, but some characters may deal more damage with a Blade of Chaos of Fury.
For others, replace that with a mace of disruption.

Notable damaging artifacts are Deathwrecker, The Glaive of Pain, and Calris (anti dragon).
Great weapons because of stats/resists/damage are The Dwarven Pick of Erebor, Ringil, Bastard Sword of Eowen, Warhammer of Aule

Basically, if you are still missing resists, consider using a weapon with slightly worse damage to fill that, but damage is important, so that should be a important consideration for a set of gear.
