After a fairly extensive effort, the mangband.org instance has been cleansed. A lot of the artifacts are now available again, I've corrected the corrupted object chains, a lot of houses are available again, etc.
My, but was that a pain in the butt.

Include fixing parties.
Note though, this meant obliterating all of them. Sorry, there was simply no way of consolidating them again, the quark chain was simply too corrupted.
