how to reset a userpassword as server-admin?
furthermore, is there some documentation on teh "mangconsole"?

Not possible (unless you're a debugger wizard) and no.

It is kinda possible to retrieve a player's password, but you have to write a program to do it since the savefiles are XOR-encrypted to prevent you from poking around in them.
