"Testing" the pkilling rules

Crimson, after Anyar posted about finding +5 speed boots, I chased him down and killed him in the dungeon for them.

I realize he's much smaller than I am, but he did announce to everyone that he found a very, very valuable item.  The only thing I took was the boots.

Given his size, however, I was hesitant, but decided to kill him for his boots.  He the suicided.

If this isn't acceptable to you, I'm more than willing to give him the boots back and group him back to the point he was when I killed him, as well as giving him stat pots to get him back to where he was.

i was kind of stupid to advertise and i didnt notice the sighns of a mapped level when i was there
i also had a few detection techniques on me

yes you might of been a lets say a dumbass. But it dosnt mean he had to right to kill you for them... This isnt old mangband this is the new mangband and you just dont walk around and kill people for items. Dive and find them yourself. This kinda thing really annoys me. Bigjuan Please dont kill peeps again I wouldn't want to get off my lazy ass and lvl up my mage. (Oh, yeah and if you think I cant I know alot of bugs I can use to destroy you so please stop. And If you think i care about getting deleted you are wrong I would rather stop the pking that gose around and get deleted then jsut let It happen. Im sure crim would understand but I am also sure his understanding wouldn't let him rethink me getting deleted) Peace guys

I have no tolerance for that at all. Exploit a bug, crash the server, ruin the day for everyone. It's all good because you feel good, right? WRONG!
