CVS repositories?

Is MAngband available via CVS? I noticed that there's CVS folders, which indicate that there is, or was, CVS integration. Might be nice to have for those of us who know how to use CVS.
There is no public access CVS for MAngband. Crimson has a private one for himself, but I'll let him talk about that if he wants.
I myself have not used cvs for mangband.
It would be a good idea to open one up for public read access, I think.
