After the addition of the sound fx patch, the size of both client and server zip files has greatly increased, so it was time to rearrange things a bit.
PWMAngband downloads now consist of 5 files:
- PWMangband_(version)_client.zip: client binaries
- PWMangband_(version)_server.zip: server binaries
- PWMangband_(version)_lib.zip: lib files without sound fx patch
- PWMangband_(version)_sound.zip: sound fx patch
- PWMangband_(version)_src.zip: source code
All files can now be download separately when a new version is released: some may need upgrading, some may be left untouched. To get a working client, you need to download: client + lib (mandatory), sound (optional). To get a working server, you need to download: server + lib (mandatory).
