Sorry I haven't posted an update recently, but the reason the server been down is because I need a new router and currently don't have the finances to cover it =). Sorry guys hard time in the States =D. But as an update I am expecting more work from my job and will have more cash to spare so give me a few more weeks and I will start hosting it again.

No problem. Btw I will probably release a beta version of new 1.3 for xmas (just for testing purposes) with some of the new features from V309/310/320. The next release will probably take a long time to complete (lack of free time, huge changes in the V code...) so you'd better host the more stable 1.1.2 build 14 for now.

I just finished updating my box to the newest version of Ubuntu. So PWMAngband shall be up on a daily basis now. Don't be afraid to play there we will be around for awhile yet ;).

Just a stupid question...
I connected to the server yesterday to find out none of my chars are alive. Does that mean the server was reset?
In an unrelated note, I'm rushing to remap the graphical tiles for the 1.1.3 beta... so that version will have graphics!! Isn't that AWESOME?? Maybe you should host that version when it comes out after all, even if it's only a beta... However, be prepared for a full server reset, because 1.1.3 won't be playable with 1.1.2 servers.

And no, the server was not reset I was hosting it on a different machine for a day before I got frustrated and went out and brought the router =D. Everything should be back to normal now. And on a faster Internet connection!!! Enjoy!
