EXP calculation

Here's a handy little utility I wrote in about four hours today.

It calculates EXP Per Level requirement tables, 1-level deltas, and arbitrary deltas for any possible character combination. It's good if you want to know how much EXP you need to get those extra five levels. Everything is based on tables straight from the MAngband 0.7.2a source code.
